 Chicken liver and smoked bacon pate, caramelised red onions and char grilled ciabatta bread

Crispy fried cornish brie, grape salad and cranberry relish

Cream of leek and potato soup

Woburn estate venison scotch egg, braised red cabbage and mustard mayo

Prawn and crayfish cocktail, avocado and spiced marie rose sauce

Creamy garlic mushrooms, filo pastry basket and parmesan shavings

Smoked haddock and salmon fishcakes, pea puree and parsley sauce

 Main Course

 Roasted local turkey, sage and onion stuffing, bacon chipolatas, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and turkey juices

Roasted rump of lamb, herb crumb, rosemary sauce, buttered greens and dauphinoise potato

Baked fillet of plaice and salmon, fondant potato, green beans and prawn sauce

Lemon and chilli sea bass fillet, basmati rice, stir fry vegetables and pak choi

Roasted chestnut, spinach and goat’s cheese en croute, creamy leek sauce, olive mash and green beans

Teriyaki vegetable and noodle stir fry, tempura vegetables, coriander and pickled ginger

Garlic cream cheese filled chicken, tomato and basil risotto, parma ham and balsamic
